Tumakuru, July 10, 2025: Belagumba Venkatesh, a distinguished writer, cultural foundation state awardee, President of Samruddhi Education Trust, and a dedicated social worker, was today conferred with the prestigious Harluru Hanumantappa and Varalakshmi Ma State Award. The award ceremony, held in Tumakuru, recognized his significant contributions to society and literature.
The event saw a distinguished gathering of dignitaries on the dais. Presiding over the function was D. Subramanya Shetty. Prominent figures present included Raghavendra Ganapathi, Editor of Vijayavani (Tumakuru Bureau); Dr. C. Somashekhar, Retired District Collector; Dr. P.H.
